Every product purchased provides one week of clean water to someone in need through our partner, WaterStep. Your support helps fund safe water projects and health education in developing countries.
Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, our stoneware mugs are designed for daily use and are both microwave and dishwasher safe. We recommend avoiding extreme temperature shocks to ensure the longevity of your pottery.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take great care in packaging our ceramics using eco-friendly, protective materials. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your MudLOVE products. If your item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
