Returns & Exchanges

At MudLOVE, we want you to be completely happy with your handcrafted ceramics and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Pottery

  Carefully wrap your items in their original packaging or equivalent protective wrap to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely and without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Indiana-based workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
